The Agilent 34901A module for the 34970A Data Acquisition/Switch Unit is the most versatile multiplexer for general purpose scanning. It combines dense, multi-function switching with 60 channel/second scan rates to address a broad spectrum of data acquisition applications.

Two- and four-wire channels can be mixed on the same module. Two additional fused inputs (22 channels total) route up to 1A of current to the internal DMM, allowing ac and dc current measurements without the need for external shunt resistors.

The Agilent 34921T is a terminal block for the 34921A 40-channel multiplexer and the L4421A 40-Channel LXI armature multiplexer. It offers a built-in thermocouple reference junction that helps minimize errors due to thermal offset when you measure thermocouples. This terminal block is used for discrete wiring. It supports up to 20 AWG wire size typical for <100 connections or 24 AWG for >100 connections. The 34921T is a detachable terminal block with screw-type connections that provides a flexible method for connecting external wiring.

The Y1130A is used for forward or reverse rack mount. A rail kit is also required. For Agilent racks, order either a E3663AC rail kit for forward mount or a E3664AC rail kit for reverse mount. For non-Agilent racks, use a third party rail kit.

The dynamic range of Agilent’s InfiniiMax probes is 5 Vpp for the 113xA Series and 3.3 Vpp for the 1168A/69A. For the applications that need to measure larger signals with faster edges, the N2880A in-line coaxial attenuator kit allows you to increase the dynamic range of the probe system up to 50 Vpp and the offset range up to +/-30V, without affecting the bandwidth or rise time characteristics of the probe system. The N2880A comes with one pair of 6 dB, 12 dB and 20 dB attenuators in each kit.. Probe amplifier and head are not included.

The N2787A is a 3D probe positioner with a flexible, articulating arm that can be quickly positioned in a wide variety of configurations. This provides stable 3D probe positioning for hard-to-reach XYZ access.

The Agilent 478A provides high efficiency and good radio frequency (RF) match . Used in conjunction with the 432A power meter, they provide high accuracy even in routine power measurements. These thermistor mounts are temperature compensated for low drift, even in the presence of thermal shocks, permitting measurement of microwave power as low as one microwatt. Each mount contains data showing calibration factor and effective efficiency at six frequencies, directly traceable to the U.S. National Institute Standards and Technology (NIST) at those frequencies where NIST provides calibration service.
